Booking a call

Our booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book a call, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• your name
• email address
• company name
• telephone number, if you choose to provide it
• anything you tell us about what you'd like to discuss
• the date and time you choose

We use this information to schedule and hold the call, send you a calendar invitation and video link, prepare for the conversation and follow up with you about it. Your booking is stored in Ehi's own Google Workspace account (Google Calendar and Gmail).

The booking calendar is operated by Google and displayed on our website. When it loads, Google may set cookies, and it processes the information you enter under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather not use it, you can email us instead.

If you email us, we collect the information you include and use it to respond.

We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is being used and how it performs.

This provides us with aggregate information about website traffic and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide website analytics without using cookies or local storage for usage measurement and without fingerprinting individual visitors.

We use this information to understand which parts of the website are useful, identify general traffic patterns and improve the website.

How we handle your information

We use Google Workspace to store and manage booking details and email correspondence, and access is limited to the Ehi team members who need it.

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information to protect personal information in our custody or control.

We keep booking details and related emails only as long as reasonably necessary. If we don't go on to work together, we delete them within two years of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices and rights

You can cancel or reschedule a booking at any time using the link in your calendar invitation.

You may contact us if you have questions about personal information you have provided to Ehi, or if you wish to request access to or correction of your personal information.

Third-party services

Our website uses third-party service providers for hosting (Google Firebase), call booking (Google Calendar) and website analytics (Cloudflare).

These providers may process information in jurisdictions outside Canada and information may therefore be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our website, services or privacy practices change.

The date of the most recent update will appear at the top of this page.
